The Empower, Engage, Commit program is a yearlong personal development and success program designed to support young individuals, especially girls and young women to achieve an overall healthy life – mind, body, spirit, relationships, and vocation. GOAL is defined by age-appropriate role play during three quarterly retreats, concluding with an annual gala that highlights the success of the program participants throughout the current year.
1. Understand and apply the components of the concept of growth mindset
2. Develop critical and reflective thinking abilities
3. Understand and apply the components of decision-making and problem-solving
4. Exhibit responsible decision-making and personal accountability
5. Demonstrate an understanding of group dynamics and effective teamwork
6. Learn how define a goal, set a goal, and accomplish a goal
7. Develop a range of age appropriate leadership skills and abilities such as effectively
leading change, resolving conflict, and motivating others

For students who are engaged in or have graduated from the program to be recognized as GOAL alumni/ambassadors, and for that designation to be of great value, garnering opportunities for academic, career, family/community, and network involvement and advancement.

- Our Mothers Campus Pantry OMCP (Minimum of 200 students per event)

- Free provisions and toiletries
Donations will go to funding provisions for each event at each university/college campus at 200K.
